The new X-Men movie is cracking.
Never seen anything of the others or even had an interest in it until I saw the movie. Very good.

Re: Film Review - What did you see last?
Other than Avatar and Jackass 3D I don't think I've seen any films in 3D that have made the film any better than they would have been in 2D. I tend to avoid them now. Mainly because it adds very little, but also because it's expensive and the glasses are a pain to wear because I have prescription glasses on too.

I've never seen either but Despicable Me 3D and Tangled 3D are supposed to be pretty good.
I saw Tron and The Green Hornet at the cinema in 3D, but both were pretty disappointing.

Re: Film Review - What did you see last?
I went to see Transformers 3 in 3D last night (was told its the best use of 3D since Avatar) and it was enjoyable, particularly the last hour (its well over 2 hours long) - it's better than the second film but I wouldn't say it was better than the first.
I'm not convinced the 3D is entirely worth it, I have a cineworld card so it's only 1.50 extra for 3D films so that was reasonable. It's a good mix of action and comedy with plenty of things getting blown up and worth a watch if you liked the first 2.

Recently seen Law Abiding Citizen and Source Code.
Both films should have ended 15 minutes earlier than they did, typical Hollywood endings ruined them.

Hello everyone ... I have been seduced by Twitter and I have been neglecting you all ...
Saw "I am Number Four" the other day - enjoyed it, easy watching.
"The Resident" - very reminiscent of Pacific Heights with Michael Keeton ... which I like so although you kind of know what is going to happen I still liked it a lot.
"Insidious" oh dear me, what an absolute load of old tosh - really, really, really bad ...
