Mini bus to Leeds United away matches from Cas 2010/11

Post by -Daz- » 21 May 2010, 13:19

Right lads & lasses, had about 10 expressions of interest so far in hiring a mini bus to some/all away matches next year.

Should be some decent away allocations next year so tickets should be easier to come by.

Bus from Cas with a pub stop on route and hopefully back to Cas for a few afterwards.

If you're interest pop your name down and once fixtures are announced I'll get some prices. Hopefully should work out a lot cheaper than official club travel and be a good laugh.

No dickheads, no wannabe hooligans, no chavs, no nagging women and no under 16's

Would you allow opposition fans on or would that be a no-no?

Fancy taking my brother down to Portman Rd for the Ipswich game on Oct 2nd and was planning an overnight trip but if can cut corners/save money at same time, it would be great.

Understand if you want it to be an all-Leeds affair.

Much obliged.

Can't see any problem with that... although it'll be a long walk home for him if he starts telling us how great Roy Keane is  ;)

We're putting a quote in for bus & driver for 4 early games in the next few days: Forest, Watford, Ipswich & Middlesbrough.

We're not bothering with Barnsley & Doncaster as they're only a small train ride away.

Slight downside is they'll be no beer on board the bus... it's the law and the company wont entertain it even if we're discreet, but no problems with a pub stop on route if possible.

In my experience some pubs will appreciate our business, others wont entertain a bus full of Leeds fans and presume we're a set of nutcases.

Hoping to have prices and pick up stops/times for the games specified above in a week or so.

Don't think he'd/we'd do that. More than likely how [REMOVED] we are. Although, if we have a poor first couple of months we could have someone else in charge by then.
