Ever had a problem, and had to e-mail the company, only to have a 5 hour+ wait for them to email you back? Well with the live support facility you can chat live to a casforum operator when the chat is online. If you forget your password, want your avatar changing, need to change your e-mail address or anything technical, please pop along to the home page and you will see our live support icon, just click it enter your name and e-mail address and click "Chat"
The logo will say if we are ONLINE or OFFLINE, if we are offline click it to leave me a message and we will get back to you ASAP.
The chat will usually be online (on and off) between 0900 and 2100 every day.
