Do you have a speaker lead between the PC and the monitor? (Guessing you do not have any other speakers)Di wrote:call me stupid but the computer arrived today but I can't get the sound to work on it

Can you post it here the ideal specs of computer good for gaming?
Re: New computer
Depends what's your budget and what games.jenny_ov wrote:Can you post it here the ideal specs of computer good for gaming?
If it's the likes of Crysis you'll want a top end Graphics card or 2 SLI'd/Crossfired (2 cards working together).
A high end CPU like an Intel i7 or AMD Phenom x4 would be pretty much a must.
As for RAM anywhere from 4 upwards, again depending on what games.
Re: New computer
Hi Di,
First you need to decide your budget or pc configuration or use of computer. Six months ago i assembled my computer and take helps from below websites to buy computer hardware parts
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/, http://www.novatech.co.uk/, http://www.scan.co.uk/, http://www.aria.co.uk/, http://eurolanditstore.co.uk/
and compare there prices and buy parts which have lowest prices. If you go with buy branded Computer then you need more budget.
