Just heard his interview, nice to hear him say he can't see himself ever playing for another club and hopes to retire from the game a tiger.

Watched this weeks ''The Last Tackle'' last night and Phil Caplan was talking about the Man of Steel contenders, saying they could all be from Cas and it would be a difficult choice to determine which one of our players should be MOS. He said in his opinion it should be Grant who wins it, as he has been absolutely outstanding all season. Schoey on Radio Yorkshire was also waxing lyrical about him.

We have many fantastic contenders, but I also think GS is the one. Incidentally Caplan, Schoey and Mark Wilson the RY presenter were all very critical and condemnatory of all those on social media, and within the game who were criticising what we have done and going over the top with our celebrations etc, adding we'd done nothing as yet. They stated it was a fantastic achievement, and we'd every right to celebrate what we had done. Adding that we had brought great publicity to the game and that those outside the game, the national express had loved it and had run many positive articles about it. They said it was only those withing the game itself that were resentful of Thursday night and that they needed to get off their high horses and acknowledge the achievement.

I Have limitless respect for Grant Millington. What a tremendous bloke and Player.

As said previously he'll go down with the likes of Vowles, Davis et al as our finest Australian players

The ultimate pro. Well done to Grant and his family and enormous plaudits to the club for treating them right

Things just get better and better.

Best prop in the league and I cant now see any player who we will worry about leaving for at least the next 2 seasons.

My MOS but think Gale will get it.

Grant Millington is the latest Tigers star player to commit his long-term future to the 2017 League Leaders.
Millington was already under contract for 2018 but this new three-year deal will keep him with the Tigers until the end of 2020.

The 30-year old has been an integral part of Castleford’s success since he joined the club back in 2012 from Canterbury Bulldogs.

Fantastic news, quickly becoming a Cas legend in my opinion. Will this deal make him our longest serving import ever at 9 seasons?
