Turnout on Friday

Post by SherburnTiger88 » 08 Jul 2008, 12:30

What are your predictions for the Cas following?

I'm thinking the die hards who went to Wire and maybe 100 more because it's a friday and not monday.

I can't see us taking many TBH.

Realistically i can't see us getting 2 points off Saints on Friday, there not the same team that we beat earlier this year, there on fire. There easily the best team in SL and have probably some of best players in SL if not the world. I just hope we put in a complete 80 minutes performance because it’s going to be a very physical challenge. Hopefully we won’t get nilled and will keep the score respectable and not do what Quins and HKR did and didn’t compete and conceded 56 each.

200 tops will make the trip and I'll be one of them. Nothing other than a heavy defeat for us, but we'll still make a fun night of it.

Its going to be a long journey home tomorrow night, i just can't see us winning, not the fact that were not doing well just Saints are quite simply unstoppable and ruthless.

I understand that people are being negative but after a scrappy win over a team not far from us and Saints beating Leeds at Headingley and then beat Quins 56-0 i mean come on what chances have we got of beating a team that boasts 13 of there 17 internationals with 7 of them being English, also the fact that they have the 2 best hookers in SL and probably the best stand off in the world at moment, if that does'nt make you optimistic and negative then just wait till you witness it Friday. If we win then i'l never ever post on here again
