Wakey Fans?
They are not happy
Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits.

I was just trying to say, the Wigan losing fans would be proud of them.

When i went to Saints i thought they were the worst fans and the quietest ..
BUT
On todays performance they were dreadful and quiet.
Even when they were 12-0 up.
We took at least 4,000 today and we showed great support to say what predicament we've been in for the last few games.
Well done Cas fans and players!

Wakey's crowd average has dropped to less than 6500 (around a 1000 less than ours)
Just shows the passion and loyalty of our fans in what has been a frustrating season, Wakey have had a cup semi-final and up to recently have been well placed for a top 6 spot yet our big city rivals can not match a small towns attendance.
Imagine the crowds we could get when we have a good season.

I think there crowds have been pathetic this year - the one that stood out was the Hull Fc home game - I think they need to sort things out before they fall into serious trouble - I cant see them winning another this year - And a bad start to next year would be so good to see (john kear would become available )Casmania wrote:Wakey's crowd average has dropped to less than 6500 (around a 1000 less than ours)

Loyalty Costs Nothing !
Well after watching the Super League show a few weeks back one of the development officers said "we like to reward local schools and the juniors who play before hand and the dancers with free tickets."dettoriman wrote:I think there crowds have been pathetic this year - the one that stood out was the Hull Fc home game - I think they need to sort things out before they fall into serious trouble - I cant see them winning another this year - And a bad start to next year would be so good to see (john kear would become available )Casmania wrote:Wakey's crowd average has dropped to less than 6500 (around a 1000 less than ours)

Bear in mind there are around 100-200 'involved' each week it makes the attendences even more pathetic as many are freebies.
As you also say, I can't see where a Wakey victory will come from this year so I don't know where the floating fans who came out of the woodwork in 2006 will dissapear to when normal service is resumed.
Andy Wilson in The Guardian article suggests that the balance of power looks to be swinging back Cas' way, and I can't help agreeing with him what with the stadium etc.
