I really hope so. Also, it states other players are coming in. Will these players be Super League quality players who will be pushing for first team action each week, thus making the team stronger in depth and players competing for places or will these new players be just there to fill up the squad? No disrespect to James Ford, but players like him.Clarky wrote:When the club state other players leaving, could they also mean Korkidas, who is going to Huddersfield?

He's our mate aint he Fents?
tbh, we're more his 'hero' rather than him being ours. You would think we played for Cas and he was the supporter

His face lights up when he bumps into us round town.
Last time i was out when he was, he said he'd be going home, but was sure to have another night round ponte before he leaves.

Great guys they are and i wish them all good luck, but all are replaceable, and if we are going to get any better than last place then the signings we replace them with must be better.
Fletcher didn't get much chance this year, but the others gave their all when wearing a cas shirt, and im suprised with Luptons versatality, we are not keeping him. If he lost a stone or 2 he could become a pretty decent club player for a few seasons.

I would have kept him just for some of the amazing shirts he wears when he's out

haha. Regardless of the pitch performance he just deserves a contract for morale with the fans.. fan appreciation and all that...Rich_1 wrote:I agreeBone! wrote:Thats why I hope he stays local.fenton wrote: Bless lil fletch, he's gunna miss his nights in ponte.

Next time, IF we ever see the guy again out then i think we all owe him a drink.
He's just crackers aswell, he never knows what day it is when ya see him
He has many friends down the lane aswell, Spud and Steve, Tracy etc all know him too, im sure he'll miss Cas very much.
He came back to try his trade again unfortunatley it hasnt been successful - All the best Fletch.
