I don't blame him, he needs the money now he has a family and also he says he didn't really fancy part time with Barrow or Haven.

He's too good to be a part timer and definately has a few more Super League years let in him. Just hope when he plays us he does nothing.

'I had left it late to look at other clubs because Castleford had said they were offering me a deal with them and I was thinking I would be staying there.'

Seems Cas have said that they were going to offer him a contract but then pulled out, heard he wanted too much anyway, Celtic must be offering some money then for him! I liked Lupton and thought he played is part 110% every week, he will certainly add a bit of experience and talent in Celtics side.

I agree, he was solid without setting the place on fire. Reliability is often underestimated as you can only have one man of the match.

Im sure Lupton will be just as effective for Celtic than he as been with us. Good capture for Celtic as people had it nailed on that he would be joining the Quins. Hopefully he'll do well back in Wales and hopefully when he plays against us doesn't inspire is team to get a win over us! but he's impressed me this season with is efforts, dedications and commitments in whatever position he takes on the field and also is work ethnic, like i say as we've lost out Celtic have gained.
