I can take a one year deal.
See how he fairs up on the injuries.
Pretty sensible by the club.

One year, as with others is a smart move. Need to strengthen the backs now. we must have 21 players on board with 3/4 to come according to RW, lets see a quality back or two now.

Not a bad signing at all - one year deal seems sensible option with his injury background - full story is covered on Casforum.co.uk with quotes from TM and Chris

Smart move for both parties here, Because Chris is a risk with his injuries but if he proves himself fit and able to make a difference he could earn an imporved deal for next year - Its always better to have your players playing for a contract rather than sitting comfortable on 4 year deals

As for Korkidas, I wouldnt have thought it would be too long in coming before his depaprture is announced

Smart move as you say DT, of course the downside to1 year deals is if that he does run into some good form, others will be sniffing around come negotiations for extending his contract, but have to agree in Feather's case, as he does seem to have had more than his share of injuries, hopefully this will be behind him and he is the right kind of age to really make an impact, as most forwards tend to have their best years in their late twenties.

Could prove to be a great signing.

just look at Thackeray, he hardly played for Cas due to broken arms, yet when he left i don't think he has missed many games.

Hopefully a change of scene will also be a change of luck.

I doubt it. Hypothetically if he did come, where would he play?
Your right to doubt it, he has signed for Hull FC
