The mind will be willing, but I don't think the body is. Nice thought though.Bone! wrote:fantastic news.

Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits.

I'm not sure about this one if I'm being honest - Deano has never stayed anywhere very long when he's been working somewhere as a coach - suggests to me things go wrong behind the scenes. I really hope I'm wrong though. It's a massively important job now - especially as youth development carries as much weight as a new stadium now in the RFL's eyes.
Great
Robbo out - Deano in.
If that doesn't get me to renew the season ticket, nothing will!
Fantastic news.

Just as a point of interstest, which of the two positions do people think is the highest ranking?
I only ask as in the debate on a Reserves/U21's awards do, people seemed to think this level didn't warrant anyting as it was in effect a stop gap between U18's and first team.

One thing about Deano is that he's always been able to get the best out of his young lads - like he did with the U21's a few years ago when they won the title. With such players as Craig Huby and Michael Shenton in that team, just look where they are now. He can certainly bring some good young lads through.

u18s carries far more importance than the u21s/reserves.Flat Capper wrote:Just as a point of interstest, which of the two positions do people think is the highest ranking?

i think its a good appointment for us getting dean back,we have a good group of players at u18s and plenty more where they came from coming through the scholorship system and its also very important that they get the right guidance too ready to make the step up to acadamy level.
