Our record against Saints is poor, at least if we go out early it will give the lads a few weeks breather and help with our SL ambitions.

We don't seem to have much luck in challenge cup draws , but we should fear no one at home , some one as posted St Helens wont be too happy either, the match is sure to be on BBC TV and played on a Saturday this game being the pick of the round

With playing a fellow super league team, this means if we want to progress, we have to play our best 17' as will saints. Meaning no rest for any players.

Unlike Leeds and Wigan, they can now rest a few and bring 3/4 youngsters in.
I think further down the line this will benifit both Leeds and Wigan.
Making there squads fresher for the run in.

We will have a real tough game vs Saints

Leeds will play a bunch of kids vs Barrow

We play each other week after at MM.

Great.

Can't believe some of you are writing our chances off before we've played, wonder what they would be saying if we had got an easy tie. 'WE SHOULDN'T UNDERESTIMATE THEM LOOK WHAT HAPPENED AGAINST FEV' .
Come on lads and lasses, let go of your negativity.

I think the BBC are looking at both Thursday and Friday night games for this round Gateman.

Times have changed xp, though swinton did do Huddersfield. I think Leeds will be much harder as they are by far a better team than Huddersfield.

I agree, I think Cas will win, I just hope it's not at a price with a player aggravating a minor injury to make it a long term injury

Here is how the Liverpool Echo sees it... they will be disappointed with having to come to us.

I'd be surprised if it was on Thursday or Friday night. This is the challenge cup and nothing to do with Sky. We only play Thursday & Fridays remember to suit Sky Scheduling. C.C games to be played over the weekend of 13/14 May. BBC 1 on Saturday afternoon or BBC2 Sunday afternoon

My mistake - Sky have the Thursday and Friday night games after the BBC have first choice on which two games they want to show on a Saturday and Sunday.

Last year the schedule for round 6 was Batley Vs Catalans (Sky) on a Friday night followed by Tigers Vs Salford (BBC) on the Saturday.
On to the Quarter Finals we had Hudds Vs WTW on the Thursday followed by Wire Vs Widnes on the Friday.

I would imagine with Tigers Vs Saints been pick of the round - we will be on Saturday on BBC.
