Re: Solomona Case Settled for "in excess" of £200k
I would hope it's well in excess of £200k.

Re: Solomona Case Settled for "in excess" of £200k
More than 200k for a player we haven't missed.
Sale, Solomona and Clarke also covering any legal costs we have incurred.
It seems they were more stupid than anyone thought and Solomona actually signed a contract with Sale before he'd even played his last game for Cas. Given this, quite how Sale thought he was a free beggars belief. You don't tend to find free agents playing for other clubs!

200k+ AND 100k in legal fees.
Pretty good settlement, especially when the team have replaced him with a better player.

Good. Glad it's now over and we can forget about him, hopefully Eden will take his try scoring record just to rub it in a little more.
For a player who's not been missed we've come out on the right side for once. We have an international full back, a winger who's scoring tries for fun and we're sitting pretty at the top of the table ready to go into our CC QF.

That makes a really good read. The agent is a disgrace
Re: Solomona Case Settled for "in excess" of £200k
Welldone to the club and the legal team
Cas can walk away with their heads held high we acted with dignity and professionalism from the start whilst Solomona and his wanna be celeb girl friend tried to discredit the club via social media etc Clarke who is lower than a snakes belly and diamond who's was the gift that kept giving everytime he opened his mouth or penned an e mail they all walk away discredited and it gives a message to players agents and clubs 'a contract is binding"
Solomona should also make a large donation to state of Mind charity. They help people with genuine mental health issues and trying to use it as an excuse was dispicable

Bloody brilliant news. Well done to everyone involved at Cas and our legal team, great job well done guys.
Confirmation of Zak's signing will now be the icing on the cake.

It's a good result. We've not missed him and we're £200k better off. And all costs have been covered.
I said last year if we could get £200k and walk away I'd snap their hands off. That was before Eden filled his boots so emphatically.
A good result. And one which hopefully will prevent other players trying to do the same.

Well done Cas. Shown professionalism and integrity clearly missing from Solomona/Sale

Glad its all over although is it just me who's a bit disappointed that a) we haven't gone all the way to court to get a legal decision and b) we should have got double the amount i.e. 400K ?
I also wait in anticipation on the RFL's stance on this and possible sanctions towards Andrew Clarke.

Team Snake have moved fast before that second match in Argentina haven't they?!.
Good result for the club and a great result for our sport imo. Hopefully that agent will have his reputation damaged over this saga.

Compensation and costs settled
The long awaited outcome goes Tigers way.
The club receives in excess of £200,000 compensation and costs in excess of one hundred thousand pounds.
Not sure who pays not really concerned
Sale keeping quite yet another victory for the mighty Cas Tigers.
Thank you Denny
Thank you Mr Clarke
Thank you Sale Sharks
Carry on kicking and clapping

Really good statement from the club now it's time to move on and beat hull
Re: Solomona Case Settled for "in excess" of £200k
Glad its settled. Whilst i'd have always liked more 200K plus costs is a tidy sum and his replacement isn't exactly doing badly is he? Covers the fee for Zak with some to spare so its all good and we can move on.
