Keeping The Faith

Post by casjunction » 20 Jun 2017, 20:56

No not The Casino.or Twisted Wheel for us ageing Northern Soul lads but in our team, our players, our coach .
Get down to Headingley in numbers get behind the boys for a full eighty minutes no we hate Rhinos just sing and shout for our team.
We have come along way under Daryl tutelage and the journey is not complete.
We may win nothing but l think we will .
Some may be getting a little bit above themselves saying the L.L.S.is not enough!
It's not so long ago not getting relegated or getting back into Super League were our aims.
We are enjoying our most successful Super League campaign ever and some our still not satisfied.
Yes we all want more none so much as those who pull on the jersey week in week out.
We may have to endure the Just a small town in Wakefield jibe however l think it will us singing Can We Play You Every Week.
Whatever the boys will give there all lets make sure we do the same.
JUST KEEPING THE FAITH.
IN DARYL WE TRUST.

Like it...
Do I love Cas....? Indeed I do....

I was a bit sulky after Sunday - mainly about the manner of our defeat and the last play/kicking options. I now need to move on.

I will be there on Friday and any kind of win will do me.

Well said casjunction, our club and our supports have been through some really tough times, and just because of the odd loss here and there doesn't make us a poor team. Other teams were going to work out the best way to beat us, and yes we might need to beef the pack up abit but doing that this season might be abit difficult. Let's just get behind the boys on Friday and see were it takes us. Because they will be other losses this season. Been a great season so far with the best coaching staff in the comp COYF

Can't agree more with everything written above, let's enjoy what we are watching from the lads. As Alasker says teams are looking how to beat us now. We are now feeling down if we lose one, where we were happy a couple of seasons back, if we we won two consecutive games.
Whatever the rest of the season brings, I have certainly enjoyed it, and I do think the LLS is the one, and a trip to the dark side for the Grand final will be a bonus.

How expectations seem to be fading on the back of one poor result. Many experts tipping us to win the treble now everyone writing us off as potential SL champions.
I'd certainly be over the moon with the LLS and if we won that we will never be better placed to make the Grand Final. If we made the GF that would be a fantastic occassion for our club and proof of our rise from obscurity these past few seasons.
Could we win the GF, maybe not but the experiance would really bebefit us going forward. Lets just enjoy what as been a unbelievable season to be a Cas fan.

Confidence needs a huge boost on Friday.
We'll go all out, I have no doubt.
