No - not quite. A six figure sum would be 100K in aussie dollars. About 62K in our money.Dazzyb wrote:In he Canberra times it says a six figure fee has been paid, so that's surely 100k minimum.

Re: new forward to be announced
I remember Featherstone putting together a video of Steadman highlights to present to the tribunal to justify the asking price, which convinced the tribunal to agree with Fev's valuation.Mysterio wrote:Tribunal set it at £145k plus £15k if selected for GBTigerade wrote:£175K I think. He may be onto something, first part has happenedDazzyb wrote:Just say it's a prop from manly. I've never heard of him before and can't recall the name. Re: new forward to be announced
The the prop is from the NRL but he's more from the mould of a JSL, not a big name. Hopefully another gold nugget Powell has mined from nowhere. Still trying to get a name off him .. may not be manly after all

not tom burgess then?Dazzyb wrote:The the prop is from the NRL but he's more from the mould of a JSL, not a big name. Hopefully another gold nugget Powell has mined from nowhere. Still trying to get a name off him .. may not be manly after all

Sam tagatasee Is the prop to be announced next month . I watch the NRL and don't know all the players by name but apparently his sister or wife is related somehow to Jesse and he's apparently a big guy

Good solid forward. Would be a good signing. Guessing he's also friends with a few of our other players as millington would've been in same Cronulla team.Dazzyb wrote:Sam tagatasee I've been told. Just looked he joined Cronulla when Millington left either way
Very promising. Just to be linked with people from high calibre teams shows you how far we have come.
