Semi Final Tickets

Post by Lofthouse Tiger » 18 Aug 2017, 12:17

Great move by the club. Well done to all.

This also means a big chance to sell as many as we can so away fans are limited. Some will be saved as only fai but a big chance to sell out before we know who we play.

Tickets are on sale from Monday with priority windows for season ticket holders, and then for people who buy tickets for the Hull match. By the time they go on general sale, I'd like to think we'll have snapped up most of them.

I now live in France and need a ticket for the semi-final. Obviously I'm not a season ticket holder as I can't get to many games. Can anybody help? Cheeky, I know but if you don't ask.......

I hope seated ST holders have first refusal on our regular seats.

If ST holders can buy 2 each that sounds unlikely
Mind you if all those with a seat buys 2 we would need another stand!
Interestingly I read it that you had to pay £3 extra for seating so I'm not clear if that means ground tickets only and then £3 transfers on the day.

As a side note would it be a bad idea to sell the Semi final tickets at £25.00 and 30.00 for seated?
say we fill the old girl up again would the extra revenue put us in a better position for recruitment 2018. And also a buffer in the unfortunate circumstance we don't get to OT

Another 55-60k including the drinks merchandise etc...

Thoughts....

As a loyal and long time season ticket holder I will be very annoyed if I don't have my regular seat. Surely, even Cas would not score such an "own goal" as to upset their loyal supporters by getting this so wrong!
Be reasonable - do it my way!

Confirmed by th club that seated ST holders have first refusal on usual seats during the priority window:
"Season ticket holders seats are held during the priority window. The additional seats will be sold on a first come first serve basis."

Hate this season ticket X2 rule. They will bring with them people who probably haven't been to a game all year in some instances. Meaning some true fans who either work away or can't make certain days who don't buy ST's miss out.

Before people go mad at me I said in some instances.

I do however like the Hull rule. With not much to play for before the play offs it's a good way to bolster the crowd.

I will not go against what the club do for the foreseeable future though as they are doing everything right. Just hope some loyal fans who don't buy season tickets miss out

So you're saying I should miss out even though I've only missed three games all season just because I didn't get a season ticket??

I've only missed one home game due to holiday.
Don't have a season ticket.
I'm sorted for a ticket, getting mine on Monday.

That was meant to say "Don't" Miss out. Read my first post.

Would willingly pay £25 to watch this game ( not all will I know).
Hopefully we can sell 11000 tickets to our own supporters so whoever we play can only bring 500 ish fans.
There will be people saying not fare on their fans but Leeds are doing the same with the shutting of the ss.
Let's fill OUR ground with OUR SUPPORTERS
