Yeah that's how I see it after watching the video. I quite like Lee Radford. Always seems honest and respectful towards other teams and players etc.Fryston Tiger wrote:Think he was referring to the question of whether he had anything planned to deal with Watts...he mentioned Moors n Millo of a similiar type of player...the nothing special comment was about any plans to deal with them.BCT wrote:heritage1926 wrote:Where's he said that?Keithy wrote:According to Lee Radford; Moors, Millington and Watts are "nothing special". Re: Squad for Hull
I think he was answering the question 'have you got anything planned for dealing with Watts?' Was he saying Moors and Millo are also as dangerous so he has nothing in particular specially planned to focus on Watts?BCT wrote:heritage1926 wrote:Where's he said that?Keithy wrote:According to Lee Radford; Moors, Millington and Watts are "nothing special". Doubt he make comments like that. He goes straight on to say we are a very tidy side. And he suggests they will have to be on top of their game to beat us.

Re: Squad for Hull
went off radford after last years cup game when interviewed before kick off he said it looked like cas had brought the whole village over thought he just belittled the town and supporters.or maybe i'm over sensitive.
Re: Squad for Hull
we have no Gale but they have no Albert Kelly , they will miss Albert more than us with Luke
Re: Squad for Hull
Same for me too. Also agree that Daryl might put Cory on the bench.Castiger2017 wrote:I agree apart from I’d start jesse and put cook on bench.heritage1926 wrote:If all are fit then i'd go someting along the lines of;
Trueman
Minikin
Webster
Wardle
Shenton
Ellis
McShane
Watts
Milner
Cook
McMeekan
Holmes
Foster
Moors
Jesse
Millington
Springer
Aston
Green
Think we may see Aston on bench to spell Milner at hooker tho

Re: Squad for Hull
McShane is a phenomenon, sure that Milner could have done 80minutes 3 years ago, but he's put a lot of timber on and is accustomed to being spelled with Massey and Foz.flow wrote:Milner should be able to do 80mins mcshane does all timeThe Fox wrote:The other solution would be to have Millington at halfback for two 10 minute spells whilst Milner has a rest and McShane drops into hooker.Sharlotiger wrote:I think it would be tough on Milner to expect him to play the full 80 at hooker so I would have thought it would make sense to have Aston on the bench as opposed to another forward who would probably only get 15 minutes at most. Green and either Cook or Springer to miss out.
Re: Squad for Hull
Imo think milner will be too slow at 9 and defo Hasent got the fitness he had last year I'd keep us as we are and start with Cory at 7 give him a chance failing that we can always switch through the game if that's needed imo try keep people in there best positions
