Re: Saints uo next
This would be a big win if we do it and there is no reason why we won’t. Saturday was a big 80 mins effort, maybe first time this year, so maybe things are on the up.
Get the injured players back then push at the back end of the season. We have 2 games in hand with Wigan and Leeds to come to us. Our run in isn’t overly difficult, grounds are a lot firmer and we know what we are capable of.

Re: Saints uo next
How many tries did a Trueman create last week playing in the halves? Think he gave the final pass for three, made Hitchcox’s try with a ball to Wardle and one try came on the back of a great kick that won a drop-out.Mucky1978 wrote:Plus Wigan will have about 3-4 out on international duty.Lofthouse Tiger wrote:This would be a big win if we do it and there is no reason why we won’t. Re: Saints uo next
I would agree with that, we could easily swap Truenan/Roberts if required during the game.
We MUST AT ALL TIMES keep McShane at 9. He is why we play well for me. Quality player for us.
What’s the news on Gales return from injury?

Why on earth would you move trueman back to full back ?Mucky1978 wrote:Plus Wigan will have about 3-4 out on international duty.Lofthouse Tiger wrote:This would be a big win if we do it and there is no reason why we won’t. Injury to Roberts?
Re: Saints uo next
Around August gales return mate.will be a shame to see trueman moved out of the halves, and Shenton as looked the most solid of the 3 that’s been full back.maybe roberts in the centre as a straight swap for webster?Lofthouse Tiger wrote:

Re: Saints uo next
Why not Gale/Trueman as halves?
Roberts to centre not a bad call as a replacement for Webster. Need Shenny back in there though for me.
We need to buy a full back, too key to change a player from another place. David Mead anyone?

Re: Saints uo next
Because Shenton will more than likely move back to centre with Webster being out. Unless you want a backline of:tigerfeat wrote:Why on earth would you move trueman back to full back ?Mucky1978 wrote:Plus Wigan will have about 3-4 out on international duty.Lofthouse Tiger wrote:This would be a big win if we do it and there is no reason why we won’t. Re: Saints uo next
That’s a good back line considering but Trueman was excellent at MW. Will DP change him? Tough call but a nice tough call to have.
Re: Saints uo next
Cook for wardle and roberts for webster.very little disruption to Saturday’s side then I don’t think
Re: Saints uo next
Well it’s him or Roberts for this game so I reckon it be Trueman Shenton back in to centre for Webster.tigerfeat wrote:Why on earth would you move trueman back to full back ?Mucky1978 wrote:Plus Wigan will have about 3-4 out on international duty.Lofthouse Tiger wrote:This would be a big win if we do it and there is no reason why we won’t.
