Mike McMeeken

MM's performance seems to have gone under the radar a bit in all the posts following last night's win.

I thought he really stepped up and had his best game in a Cas shirt. His early try also set the tone and put Wire right on the back foot for the first 15 minutes. I've bagged him a bit this year as he often looks a bit sulky but he was right in the thick of it all game.

Great to see.

I also loved the "JSL to QLT. Try."

Ere ere. I’ve been similar toward magic mike

There was a moment his lazy technique sometimes let’s centres on the outside last night, it’s silly little things like that that need eliminating, as he’s a strong and valued member of our team.

Don’t we have the Wigan game the same weekend as the Denver test? If so who cares with our injuries and there players playing rep rugby it evens things out a bit ?
Plus this clown Bennett clearly has no idea or interest in England and is choosing people he’s heard of

Disappointed me at start of season. Thought he was really poor. However, for the past 6 weeks or so he has been really impressive. Glad he refound form. Important player.

I think he suffered a hangover from the world cup, same as Gale. Mike has come through it and is very unlucky not to be in the England squad.
