Mitch Clarke

Post by Nobody » 23 Jun 2018, 12:41

Really hope he gets more of a run out in the first team. Runs in every ball as hard as he can and is full of fire and aggression. :D Stands up well in defence as well and can put in the big hits.

I know he dropped two balls last night but working with Powell he could become something special for us. Powell said in his interview after the game he's been watching Mitch for 6 or 7 years and likes what he has seen.

Like I said hope he gets some more game time with us and can clean up the little mistakes and errors. When we're back to a fully fit squad Powell's going to have a few selection headaches. Good one's at that

I was very pleased with Clark last night. As you say, tonnes of aggression and hard running. Only just 25 too. He's ahead of Green, Maher and Springer for me. If he carries on he'll def see more game time. He'll be playing for a contract extension next year too.

MOM for me by some distance. Shame it took so long for Powell to give him his shot.

Trueman should have his own thread, thought he came if age in that game. Best half ON the field a deserved MOM.

As for Clarke by heck what a work horse, thought he played better than watts.

Jesse back to his best. Looking good for the run in .

Same 3 as me, could make an argument for about half the team easily

you'd say Oggy at the moment, Junior made errors too and a few missed tackles. Cooky didn't come back on and Massey picked up a knock also so maybe a couple won't be risked.

Agree wholeheartedly. TigersTV has been great for me this year - only been able to make it to one home game this year (the Warrington mud bath) and 2 away games (Elland Road and the Wakey swimming pool), so its been good to be able to watch full games online.
