Widnes
Re: Widnes
Two points from a Widnes win are worth as much to us as two points for an away win to St Helens, get the points were we can, finishing second after the full season will be the teams aim then an home match in the semi final

Re: Widnes
No matter how it pans out we will have to play Saints at some point to win anything. Can't see us beating them to be honest so could be an another imbarasing final if we get there to be honest.

Re: Widnes
I'd rather get there and lose than not get there at all, but when we have players back in the 8's there is no reason why we can't beat Saints.westerbeast wrote:No matter how it pans out we will have to play Saints at some point to win anything. Re: Widnes
not necessarily mate, if we finish 2nd or 3rd and say warrington finish 4th that means we could beat wigan in the semi and wire beat saints in the other (not impossible in recent showings) and we play warrington in final.westerbeast wrote:No matter how it pans out we will have to play Saints at some point to win anything. Take it steady on the m62 fellow fans. Visibility was at 20/30m in some sections with bad spray and standing water. Plus the odd nutter with no lights on at 80mph.

Re: Widnes
Would've been nice to see Turner as starting fullback with Q in halves and Ellis on bench.

Re: Widnes
Sounds like Ellis had a decent game barring one defensive lapse. But no doubt he will be the scapegoat for all of Widnes’s 24 points.

I don't think Turner is ready yet he came on when p.m went off and had a nightmare 15 mins on the wingMØL wrote:Would've been nice to see Turner as starting fullback with Q in halves and Ellis on bench.

I must admit Callum Turner does not look ready for the first team, he didnt look comfertable under the high ball after a season loaned out hopefully he will build his confidence up
Re: Widnes
