Reflection
Now that we’ve secured Matter You Tie, what are people’s opinions on the next step.
IS he our full back? Is he our centre?
Most of his NRL footy was at centre, but on some clips I saw him at number one, chiming in and creating tries.
There is no doubt that overall he is a more damaging threat than Zak at full back - and he also has better hands. In my opinion. I really hope he can defend and communicate the defensive structure. Can’t wait to see him.
I just wonder what the hopes and expectations are of the club and coaching staff in comparison to our own.
In a perfect world, for me, we’d sign a centre or full back and a specialised Winger. That’s 2more signings and I’d be happy.
What say the rest ? And, more Importantly, what do we expect jon and Daryl’s expectations are on further recruitment.
On another score; we’ve been linked with gelling plenty of times in the past. If Widnes go down, maybe he’d be available.....

Re: Reflection
For me he's our full back.
We signed him for that reason and hearing Wells last night on Golden Point, it sounds like he's been very instrumental in organising and getting people where they need to be.
Let's not start moving them around to accommodate everyone.
I think with Hitchcox going they very much see a natural progression with Gill stepping up in his place freeing up funds elsewhere, perhaps going on tying up Turner and potentially Trueman too to longer deals. With Carr also going FT I see him stepping up into Gill's place.
For me, I'd be looking at another prop. Moors, Cook and Millo are 32 this year and legs aren't getting younger. While I'm sure they'll all put their hands up, with Green and Springer potentially going I'd be looking at another prop.
Definitely another centre too.

Re: Reflection
with the way things are moving I wouldn't be surprised to see us bring in a high quality prop, maybe even an oversea's one. no idea who but its just how we seem to be moving players out.
