I mentioned this in the other thread. Although the rumour is he's done his hammy, so could just be a strain, or hopefully he's just been rested and we can all chill out a bit
Some people may have read into DP's comments too much. Moors has been doing big minutes, so a week off could do him the world of good. He only eluded to Shenny as been injured. If the other players were, surely he would have mentioned them too? :-k

[Queue this coming back to bite me on the arse and Junior, Greg, Shenny & Mike are out long term]

To be fair, as a club, we aren't the best for keeping fans up to date with injuries etc. But on the other hand, if for example Moors is out for the year, the club and Powell aren't going to come out a week before a semi, whilst tickets are being sold and announce it. We usually wait a few days before when sales have rocketed.

Where anywhere has it been said that Mike, Junior and Greg are injured? Obviously Daryl only mentioned Shenny because everyone saw him go off last game. Incredible.
The Moors rumour came out well before teams were announced. He is not involved in captain's run and final training. Not sure about Eden and McMeeken.

The rumours were hamstring. Not ligaments.

I know that's what I've said... Hopefully not too serious though.

May as well not have sent any first steamers tonight. Seems pointless. Nothing gained from this. Just another 40 mins desperate to avoid injuries.

I bought into the whole idea that we are poor and look undercooked when we have time off but this is shoddy. Cannot see how this will help us in intensity next week or does anything positive for confidence or combinations.
