Re: Luke Gale
Well, that puts the stop to any rumours about maybe looking at getting Dec Patton over here then, he'll be needed at Warrington. I'm guessing they should get the same cap dispensation given to us?flow wrote:not only us having bad luck kev brown to miss full season with similar training injury as gales
Re: Luke Gale
Let's be honest it's probably a blessing in disguise for Warrington browns time sailed years ago
Re: Luke Gale
I rather have Dec Patton over Kevin Brown anyway

Re: Luke Gale
Mr Gale has posted a short vid of himself on an exercise bike this morning, complete with his boot on his ankle still.
Caption: The long road starts here.
If I knew how I’d add an image of it!

I did a screenshot while the video was playing on my phone to get an image. Home button and power button on my Samsung phone to do this.

Re: Luke Gale
Simple really, haha... never noticed the option to upload attachment before, that was my issue, never scroll to bottom of the screen!
Re: Luke Gale
He’s at it again...obviously working on his knee whilst his Achilles heals

Re: Luke Gale
I'm planning on him being back next year.
Re: Luke Gale
I assume by not exercising our newly-acquired allowance for salary-cap relief, with respect to LG, we retain the option of him playing later in the season? (should he amazingly get better before season end)
Re: Luke Gale
Bingo, if we don’t use the extra space we can use him as normal

Re: Luke Gale
good thinking and he did make a miraculously quick recovery from the appendix operation.Burratha wrote:I assume by not exercising our newly-acquired allowance for salary-cap relief, with respect to LG, we retain the option of him playing later in the season? Re: Luke Gale
It sounds like Luke is working really hard already, so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if we did try and retain the option of playing him later in the year. The 'flip side' though, is would that be rushing him back too soon and better off leaving him till next season to make sure he's 100%?
Re: Luke Gale
There’s absolutely no chance, in my opinion, that he’ll be anywhere near a competitive game until the very start of next season at the eariest.
You just do not mess with the Achilles.

Re: Luke Gale
Exercising without the boot today.
Light non weight exercise on ankle with physio band and more seated upper leg weights for the knee recovery!
Great to see him back in the environment even if he’s limited in what he can do
