The inside of the beer tents will look like those penguins in Antartica. Everybody huddled together to keep their frozen children warm.
I think the club needs a rethink on this.

I think there will be a lot of people who have bought kids tickets who’ll look out of the window as it gets dark on Friday night and take the view that the ticket only cost a quid, so it’s not that much to lose. Certainly better to lose a quid than stand around in what are predicted to be freezing temperatures for an hour before the game even starts. By kick off, the kids are going to be bored and cold, so they’ll spend the game asking to go home.
I can see the thinking behind getting the kids in early to spend money, and it wouldn’t be a massive problem on a warm Sunday in August. But It’s a freezing Friday night in February.
