Good run out ,Massey 's broken jaw must have got the better of him as he didn't return after the big hit he took early on.
Massey must be hard as nails, but seriously a good win as leeds would have been desperate to win.

Leeds had a strong team out despite and showed some promise at times but we held on .
Trueman played well .
Foster and Clark went well .
Rankin went wellin my opinion.
Kicking well the conversion rate speaks for itself.
Good couple of tries from Claire.
Shenny scored and played well.
Ferress never lets us down bless him.

Thank goodness we kept our composure when on a team warning.
Six years since we lost at Headinley!
Disappointing turn out, 2 stands were not available and stands being used looked full ?
Long may it continue
Disappointing turn out for a testimonial.

First 30 minutes we looked sharp, maybe one more friendly would have been helpful?
Rankin went well minus the kicking.
JSL playing in his actual position!!!
Exciting game for a friendly.

Looks like we’re going to get found out down the wings.
Wings/centres not Superleague standard, end of.

We have just beaten people’s tip on here for the league. And we are not super league standard seems to me like we are in pretty good shape

We do need a good outside back to come in think most people are of that mind
Leeds are fancied to do well and I think they will like I said yesterday hurill will be a wrecking ball but first half we were head and shoulders better than them

Did I say we as a team? No.

We will got found out down the wings.
For example, we let in three sloppy try’s they should have never had on both sides and on one occasion we ran into touch when we didn’t need to force it.

Do you believe our wings and centres are good enough?
Almost everyone realises WE NEED A CENTRE, I think we need two to be honest.

Foster is WASTED at centre, can I change my username to Foster is not a centre if JSL plays second row, where he should be.

Think mc meeken on one centres shoulders and jsl on others shoulders worked well today. 2 big units those 2 lads.

Well if foster is not a centre he did a good job there today. Did you actually go to the match ??

I have the same question for the people saying Shenton played well... heaven forbid having a different opinion.

Foster is wasted at centre, much better second row.
He had a fantastic game at Magic Weekend at centre against Leeds.... that’s it.

We’ll get found out down the flanks, only a matter of time.

Change in attitude never mind user name might not go amiss.
Not a perfect performance by any means .
However we beat a rejuvenated Leeds with their new coach and players and spoilt the Rhinos day .
They really wanted today and with no real game time in the off season we beat em in their own backyard.
Not bad days work for a team needing centres wingers etc.etc.

I just love reading how everyone on this forum knows exactly what issues we have have in every position on the pitch and how Daryl and his team should rectify every single one of these issues. Makes great reading and brightens up any evening when there's jack [REMOVED] on tv.
Keep it up guys.

Imagine if we had lost half of people on here would be saying we would get relegated

I actually think foster played better at centre today than at second row where he moved later in the game.

Hard to say as he'd done alot of work by that point and we'd stopped playing abit and we're constantly under pressure that last 10 - 15 mins foster can play anywhere tbf Gunnar always give his all the thing with him in centre is we lose some pace there and he's not the most creative footwork and ball in hand player imo I think today did show just how short we are in hand of a winger we lost eden and had to change our whole back line round nearly as the season gets under way I don't think we can afford to do not this we need to get some consistency in the team and build on that and that's what we did so well in 2017

If you believe Rugby League Weekly , it suggests Widnes Vikings maybe facing administration. Now I'm not one for kicking a club when it's down, but is it worth taking a punt on Gelling for a season. Would certainly solve our centre problem.

Only if there is an overseas exemption. And i'd take Inu instead, as dangerous in attack and a good goal kicker.
