X blades do not make Amber, that is why we went to orange.
How bizarre. I’d have thought they would have catered for any colour if they want the business? I know most clubs have pretty conventional colours but I can’t see them asking Man Utd to change their colours for example.
We should go with the one that is most affordable, gives us the best range and caters for our requirements.

I posed the same question a while back. I'd like to try elite/Canterbury some new fresh ideas and, more than likely, better designed, and quality, shirts.

Not terribly impressed with our 2019 offering but that probably just me.

Me neither
Appaling design this season, its no wonder they are being flogged off cheaply.
We will have to see what Elite Pro sports have to offer, interestingly the deal is brokered by the same guys as the X blades deal was.
While the 3rd shirt/magic weekend shirt is a smart design not impressed with the home or away efforts this season.
I am curious to know how many of the away shirts have been sold?, you don't see that many on match days or about town. In my opinion its one of the worst away shirts with the Asics "cartoon tiger", and a couple of diggerland ones in red, and another in white, green & purple/blue. :-&

Don't mind the home one
The other looked rusty
And take the poppys and soldier silhouette off the 3rd and it's a cheap awful training top design

For a different company, Elite Pro have NOTHING to do with Xblades and the tat they produce.
just because a couple of blokes changed jobs it doesn't mean Xblades awful shirt quality (which is the same for their NRL gear) will follow them.

If we do go with Canterbury i just hope the quality of the garments are the same as the NRL stuff I've had in the past. Granted it was a little more expensive...but it was comfortable to wear, looked good and you didn't approach the washing machine with dread that it might fall apart in the wash!

The current supplier Xblades Uk was a company ran by Mr Miller he has now changed that company’s to Elite Pro Sports limited they are just a sports wear retailer not a manufacturer the worrying thing about the Xblades deal and a future involvement with Elite Pro Sports no other kit manufacture has been asked to submit tenders allegedly the worrying thing is senior Castleford management are friends of Mr Miller

Well if true that's just bonkers . You look at all your options and use them as leverage for a better deal , not exactly keeping the current supplier on there toes is it .

I'm pretty sure JohnLewis1920 knows what he is talking about and would anyone really be surprised to hear of Cas doing deals in this manner?

Sorry to tell you folks but the Club will do what they want when it comes to playing kit. Always have, always will.
No amber, cheapest material and extortionate prices for 'plastic' polo shirts are prime examples of how our opinion matters not.
