Another thing i dont understand is the whole idea of reserves is to have a succession program through the club but hows that going to work at Toronto. They cant play young Toronto players thell get hammered. They also cant expect Cas to send our reserves to Toronto. If they are allowed not to have a team it gives them an unfair financial gain. As anybody actually thought this through

It's the tier 1/grade A teams or whatever they're dubbed. So the 11 English SL clubs + Widnes.

No, they have a reserve team that plays in the French league.
