Update on Twitter from Cas... Cook is sidelined due to him having an issue with his vocal chords that has resulted in him having no voice. He’ll be back when he can communicate with his team mates

Unbelievable that a win on Sunday puts us two points off second. Weird old season!

I'd play Cook missing his arm over Maher, never mind just his voice.

Particularly hard to say after what’s happened this year. It will be interesting to see

Think the season is ending with 10 average teams and 2 strong ones. Wigan look strong and I fancy them to win the comp again.

His impact off the bench does his talking for him.
As someone already mentioned Maher has not got the same abilities even if he could win a seat on the Cambridge debating society.
I have always wanted big Will to prove his doubters wrong but he lacks grunt and seems uncoordinated.
Still think we can do it.
But is that's blind faith.
No we need to to do it and we will.

i played with a lad who couldn't talk for 2 years while waiting for an operation on his vocal chords.
he used to whistle to get your attention and then indicate with his hands what the plan was.

Was it Cook’s job to tell them to drop a goal?

My granddaughter had this happen to her early in the year and one of her friends also had it happen takes about three weeks for it to come back.

Salford giving Hull a game this afternoon. Lose tomorrow and the seasons over.

Salford win again. They look real good at moment. Think our chance of making top 5 is catching Hull. Beat Hudds tomorrow and the game Vs Hull at home could be a huge game.

2017 Cas would have well over 50 points this first half. Huddersfield are awful. If they were an horse, they'd of been out down by now. Never seen a team dominate a game as much in my life yet are only 4 to the good. We just cannot finish and it's a worry.

The guy commentating on the game on Radio Leeds will be making a call to The Samaritans at full time. As disappointed as he is in Hudds he's perplexed how we aren't out of sight already.
