Huby
Higgins
Faumuina
Widders
Feather
Jones
IMO there very big forwards, Feather and Jones are very tall but stocky players and the likes of Faumuina and Widders are massive.
are not big at all really, widders i'm not sure, faumuina is a back rower and feather well time will tell how much he plays. that leaves sarge! i think stosic would be a great addition to cas!!!WHELDON-ROAD-END wrote:SargentMr. Tiger wrote:if korki goes, we stil lack real size up front, IMOWHELDON-ROAD-END wrote:McKinnon anyday. According to the RFL, McGoldrick still counts, so as of this moment we have no quota places available.Bomber wrote:I'd sure like to see both on board for next season and if Korky is going then don't we then have 2 quota spaces after the recent rule change?
Upto now I haven't seen anywhere wether Goldie is now quota or not.

Has the korki deal stalled or something? Doesn't seem to be any progress made recently.Fully wrote:According to the RFL, McGoldrick still counts, so as of this moment we have no quota places available.Bomber wrote:I'd sure like to see both on board for next season and if Korky is going then don't we then have 2 quota spaces after the recent rule change?

Still believe Korky is going, if he does not then it's time to pay him off and free up that quota spot . Lets be fair it's never going to work .ten wrote:Has the korki deal stalled or something? Not sure on this but if you pay a player to buy him out his contract does that affect the salary cap, or does it go under a ex gratia payment . One for the boffins .
Maybe they don't want to stand down because they want to rectify the mistakes they've made in seasons gone by.

Your right ST remember it now .Steadman_4_PM wrote:Wicksy, it counts against the cap. Or at least it did 2 - 3 years ago when Wigan paid off Dennis Moran so they could free up a quota spot.

To be honest ten, it will more than likely cost the club to ship him out .ten wrote:Cas should accept any half decent offer for him. Cause if he does end up staying then by no means can I see him earning a new contract with us which would mean any club can get him for free at the end of next year. So we might as well get what we can for him now.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. I don't know where this figure has come from but it's been rumoured that it would cost 20k to get him out providing another club are in want of him. Which it's rumoured that Huddersfield and Wigan are. Hopefully, they'll make a move for him.Wicksy wrote:To be honest ten, it will more than likely cost the club to ship him out .ten wrote:Cas should accept any half decent offer for him.
