Your right ST remember it now .Steadman_4_PM wrote:Wicksy, it counts against the cap. Or at least it did 2 - 3 years ago when Wigan paid off Dennis Moran so they could free up a quota spot.
Tigers after Stosic?
Maybe they don't want to stand down because they want to rectify the mistakes they've made in seasons gone by.

To be honest ten, it will more than likely cost the club to ship him out .ten wrote:Cas should accept any half decent offer for him. Cause if he does end up staying then by no means can I see him earning a new contract with us which would mean any club can get him for free at the end of next year. So we might as well get what we can for him now.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. I don't know where this figure has come from but it's been rumoured that it would cost 20k to get him out providing another club are in want of him. Which it's rumoured that Huddersfield and Wigan are. Hopefully, they'll make a move for him.Wicksy wrote:To be honest ten, it will more than likely cost the club to ship him out .ten wrote:Cas should accept any half decent offer for him. It'll cost what ever he is happy to accept from his current annual wage, less what an other club will pay him.
So if he's on c£80k and he wants the full lot, then we have to sub how ever much is left from what Huddersfield etc will pay him. That's if he wants the full whack though.

Still going with the Soliola deal you saw on the Leeds page on RLfans, or the YEP article?dettoriman wrote:There is time yet, I would have thought the rest of the deal wouldnt be completed until after the grand finalWHELDON-ROAD-END wrote:You told us though in a player swap deal!dettoriman wrote:The youth of today - No faithWHELDON-ROAD-END wrote:So Sydney are getting rid of a player better than Tansey to actually bring him in? now iv heard everything!dettoriman wrote:You'll see

It's essentially a 2 year loan, so I can't see any other players being involved in the deal.

Wakefield are no where near the SC , they are like us working around the 1.3 million mark, as thats all they can afford.
Great signing for the cats, there looking awesome upfront and with their outstanding halves can look forward to a good season and they could well have some other top signings to come in yet I am led to believe.
