Shenny is poor at feeding his winger. Cuts inside Far too often, even when we have a two on one. Defensively strong, but takes too many wrong options with the ball

2014 - 17 tries, 17 try assists.
2015 - 14 tries, 11 try assists.

I suggest the facts are at odds with your opinion.

The only other centres to get anywhere near these stats are Cudjoe, Watkins and Moon.

Shenton is a rock in defence. Cant fault him. For me this year (possibly due to him missing all of last season) he hasnt stood out as yet. Struggled to break the line. Where as you look at Webster who makes huge metres and breaks tackles alot. Im not getting on at Shenton as I would have him starting week in week out but I feel when we lose Webster due to retirement - we could do with a top class like for like run hard break the line type centre.

That's just it; when Webbo retires, we'll get a like for like replacement.

Right now I think we need a winger.

Better still, an outside back capable of both. Like Monaghan but only 6 years ago.

When is Junior Sa'u out of contract? He'd be an ideal replacement for Webster.
Kallum Watkins looks like a player who needs a new challenge too.

Our wingers have scored 6 in 2! What is this wing obsession? We still have have Jy, Gill and Egodo? That last 2 could turn out to be world beaters.

Agreed. Eden and Minikin look great at the moment - which would you drop?
We could move Minikin inside but then where does Webster play? He could move into the pack, but which of our forward does he play in front of?
I think we have a good balance as it stands. Our recruitment should be focused on a top line prop to replace Lynch next year.

At the minute i wouldnt change a thing.
The 17 thats played the last 2 games seemed to have gelled superbly.
Consistency breads confidence, confidence breads results.
Leave the team as it is. It will happen were players will pick niggles up, drop enegy and form. Thats the time to freshen up.

Lets get points on the table asap because further down the line our form will drop and we will (i hope not) lose games.

If we can win out first 5/6 games that would lay a great platform to rotate one or two players
