Should show our forwards that and show them how to run on to a ball with power and intent

Now - that would take us to the next level. We should get JSL and Junior to have a word with him. Sammy K would fit in perfectly with us.

Kasiano has already signed for Melbourne for 2018.
I doubt he would be coming to any club in super league at the moment even if he was out of contract. He is one of the top forwards in the NRL and, given the gap between salary caps, he is unattainable for SL clubs.
Perhaps in five years time, but not now.

Just looked at league express and it says it looks like we've won the race to sign wardle leeds and warrington were after him but cas was his prefered option sign of the changing times if that's the case

I've heard the same.

Joe Wardle is apparently a deal done. A very useful addition too to add options in the centre and back row.

People have questioned his heart but his talent is unquestioned. Would take him in a heartbeat. We play the style of game that would suit his game too.

He'd have to change his attitude somewhat but devastating on his day.

He has changed his attitude and they're all praising him at Canberra and it's only cos of the salary cap that they can't pay him more to keep him. Done everything they asked of him and played some good stuff. Would need to keep it up though but would be a barnstorming! Imagine him with the rumoured walmsley? With moors mcmeekin lafeo and cook?

So hes on around £50k give or take a few thousand, Imagine there will be a lot of clubs that can find that + some for an NRL forward

I'd be very tempted to give Gareth Ellis a one-year swansong.
Even at his age, he is a class above.

I'd be disappointed with him as a signing now. 3-5 years back definitely but not now. Not for the money he'd want and the amouny of game time we'd get out of him. Surely get much more bang for our bucks looking elsewhere.

I suppose that would depend how much money he wanted.

Even on the cheap I still feel he is well past his best and is such an injury roulette. World class player in his prime. Think we will be recruiting more youthful forwards who can do big minutes.

Wouldn't sign him on principal. ..

Allus said he wanted to finish his career with us, then chased the pound with FC instead of us...

Let him finish at Bell Vue..
