Steve Gill as said on radio today we are well down the track of signing an English forward.
Hoping to announce in 2/3 weeks.

Now I wonder who that can be.

I always class Wardle as a centre.
So hoping it's either tom burgess or Walmersly.

Am sure we can all wait a couple of weeks bane73.
I think we should all concentrate on winning our next match, which is more important than a new signing just now.

I understand keeping a confidence but why waste the time of posting if you can't put a name in the RUMOURS section???

Would that be the 1 that bane73 knows of ? or is this the 2nd of 3 coming in ?

Suggests they are different reading what he has put. "1 in so far"

Gill says well down the track so to me that's a player that's not yet signed.

Unless its all just terminology and they are the same person. Guess we will see soon enough
