If it isn’t injury or illness, they will play simple as. And we have seen that it isn’t illness, so that leaves injury. There were no issues after the game from what we can see (note I’m not ruling anything out here).

Let’s factor in that Friday will have been a rehab and review day, they would have probably had Sat/Sun off from training so that leaves Monday as their first field session (alongside the press conference).
