GOULDING
Just received a message from a mate, stating Goulding unhappy at Leeds, and wants to come to us.
He signed a long contract last year, so if this rumour is genuine, could we afford him. Think not myself.

Re: GOULDING
Id take him in a heart beat.solves our full back position with a well rounded player and plays abit like zak he even said he tries to base his game on how zak plays and lets benny get back in the halves where he is best.be a smart move for us this

Re: GOULDING
I really can't see leeds allowing him to come to one of there biggest rivals.
It would though solve a massive problem.

Re: GOULDING
Don't like him at all. Not good enough. Nor do I rate Jowitt at Wakey. But how desperate are we? On Friday's showing it looked pretty grim so may be worth a loan...
Re: GOULDING
I'd doubt this will happen. Would leave Leeds very light in the backs. They won't risk it.

I like the kid but, like others, I can’t see Leeds letting him come to us. It would solve the problem though

Re: GOULDING
Would it matter if he goes to leeds and asked to be loaned out so he gets regular game time wether its with us or another team rather than sat on side lines all season with young walker playing well.loan deals can be retracted after all

Re: GOULDING
Hes a full back whos had experience in sl and plays pritty well and can manage a team around the pitch.better than what we have at the minuite and lets roberts move back in to the halves where he is more dangerous

Re: GOULDING
Must have been watching a different player to me as I and my Leeds Rhinos supporting work colleague think he’s gash. Hence why Walker has made the shirt his own
In the spirit of the final Blackadder episode - Goooodbyeee!
Re: GOULDING
I think ash is a very well organised defensive full back but lacks attacking flare but as said hes better than what we have and signing him would give us a boost with Roberts back in halfs with gale

Not for me thank you. Would rather we try our own kids than him.

Re: GOULDING
I do agree walker is the best of the 2. however a lot of him being ahead of goulding is to do with when he refused to sign a new 3 year deal if he wasn't playing full back.HuddsTigers wrote:Must have been watching a different player to me as I and my Leeds Rhinos supporting work colleague think he’s gash.
