He’s an improvement on what we have so I’d have him, if he’s still got his pace following knee surgery

Massively underrated is Manfredi, however like Fumper27 it's how he comes back from his injuries that's a concern

I was in the Wigan main corporate restaurant on Friday night before the game enjoying some nice hospitality (Dont ask, i had to grit my teeth .... A LOT!!), but its the same scenario as with any corporate do, we had some players come in to speak to us, a couple of lads from the Wigan Academy and Dom Manfredi, He was explaining where he was on his come back and about some of the set backs hes had on the way, seems like hes about 2-3 month off i think, but it sounds like its been a particularly long road for the lad, looked OK, seemed like there was no question about his long term ability to get back to playing, he was top drawer when he was playing, but we all know what injury can do to some guys (Richard Owen anybody??)...... i had to keep a bit of a low profile seeing as though i think it was Rangi who caused it :-$ :-$

so OCL that would leave us requiring wing cover with Greg Eden as our stand out winger with Clare / Minikin in 2nd spot & perhaps gill?

Eden just signed a new deal. Jy won't get a new deal. Sticks has the option of another year, Garry has another year and Gill out if contract. He's Wigans best winger when fully fit, and exactly what we are missing in terms of returning the ball.

Pretty sure contracts are null and void after breaching terms.

If he's fit he'd be ahead of Minikin and Clare. Before he got crocked he was a player I'd take in a heartbeat
