Re: Full-back
Fro Halifax@s site;
Quentin Laulu-Togaga’e had a clause in his contract that if approached by a Super League club then he could leave. It was one of the conditions that he asked for when he came to us in the first place.
We have seen how effective Q has been and this has meant that Super League clubs have shown some interest in the last week, with several clubs looking to bring him in. He has decided to go to Cas. We have a good relationship with them and don’t want to lose our best players to anyone - however in this Instance we feel this is the best outcome for Halifax. We may see Q again playing for fax at some point again this year.

I hear from the grapevine that we are scouring the world for a full back right now which indicates to me that Mamo or mead haven’t signed.

Re: Full-back
You can only have so many projects and they should be for positions we have already quality in. QLT is a short term option butt only that.
I'd like brad Abbey if there's any truth in that.

What about lachlan coote from the cowboys.hes 28 and been around abit and plays for irland international so he shouldnt count on the quota spot
Re: Full-back
Plays for Scotland I believe, regardless I think he would still count on the quota because of where he played as a junior? Although admittedly I am not well versed in the quota rulesBolton-tiger wrote:What about lachlan coote from the cowboys.hes 28 and been around abit and plays for irland international so he shouldnt count on the quota spot
