Kyle Amor
Kyle Amor
Following Gadwin's transfer to Toronto, St Helens have announced that Kyle Amor is available. Should we consider him as a replacement? I for one, think we should. Always liked his go-forward attitude and like Liam Watts i'm sure his game would improve under Daryl's tuition.
Re: Kyle Amor
solid enough player, but if the Saints are moving him on there must be a reason , we are not so bad on the forward front another back is what we need and any spare money for me should be directed to that
Re: Kyle Amor
The reason isn’t necessarily an issue with Amor but more the discovery of young talent in their team, he’s simply dropped down the pecking order. With Walmsley due back he is surplus to requirements and probably on a money they want to invest elsewhere.

I'd sign him, if cheap as a replacement for Springer.

Re: Kyle Amor
Always seems to cause Cas problems when we played Saints so I guess I'd rather have him in my side.
Spreading the Cas gene pool
Re: Kyle Amor
saints fans cant get wait to get rid of him always thought he was a decent player myself ...but we need a couple of backs before another forward i would of thought

Re: Kyle Amor
Wasn't he quoted as one of the highest earning forwards last year? Sure I read that somewhere. If so I think the money would be better spent elsewhere personally

Re: Kyle Amor
Saints need cap space to accommodate these high profile NRL players they’ve signed. Unfortunately for Amor, he’s having to make way for them. Plus Thompson and Walmsley is some front row when both are fit.
I’d take Amor quite happily. Definitely an upgrade on Gadwin and would easily push for a starting 17 spot.

Re: Kyle Amor
No. I’d take him but right now our cap space has to go on building strength on the backs, not forwards.

Re: Kyle Amor
exactly need two centres or one centre and fullback and play pete at centre first . Then a good finishing winger and have clair as cover .I would swap him for wardle drop off a hat like kyle amorHuddsTigers wrote:No. I’d take him but right now our cap space has to go on building strength on the backs, not forwards.
