Post by braytontiger » 13 Nov 2018, 13:10

Red V reporting saying its cas vs saints at Magic and it's going to be on the 1st/2nd of June at Newcastle. It should have been in Liverpool over may bank holiday weekend but Liverpool is already staging a marathon and festival at the same time.

Believe 1st 2nd June is challenge cup fixtures. Everything I've seen and our official fixture list has May bank holiday weekend for Magic Weekend. Just waiting on venue and wether we'll be playing Saturday or Sunday.

Hope so and hope it's Newcastle. Wish they'd just let us know.

Don't understand why they can't release it same time as rest of fixtures?

wish we could go back to winter. it's hard work trying to arrange holidays when we don't know where and when were playing. fixtures only been out a week and there's already doubt about dates and venues.

It's been done on finishing positions from last season, it's logical

Not quite as Leeds would’ve played Salford and Hull KR would’ve played London.

Not really. Its supposed to be a spectacle to show our sport off, so you need to have the best games. Derby's or like for like teams to generate a good atmosphere and tense matches in my opinion anyway
