the administrator said this was the only time he'd dealt with a clubs administration where the club was completely rudderless. the only man left apart from the players is the kit man. it was him that had to break the news to the players that they were.'t getting paid. james rule says he has had death threats and doesn't want anything more to with the club.
it was also said they've had all the £500,000 parachute payment.

Koucash has put an offer in for the club apparently, needs to be agreed with board od directors and administrators. If true and granted then they should keep all there assets.

I’d love someone like Marwan at Cas. We’re a self sustaining club who could use his investment to really push us to the next level.

I'd love someone with Koukash' money, but not the guy himself.

I would suggest that maybe, due to the situation at Widnes, overseas players going to new clubs may get ‘quota relief’ along the same lines as Crusaders players did in 2011?

They have:
Hurrell
Lolohea
Cuthbertson
Parcell
Merrin
Peteru

Space for one more overseas player

Given the twitter spat between them & Fev with both sets of supporters piling in there could be tasty game on Sunday.

Inu has just confirmed on Twitter that he doesn’t count on the quota if he signs for another team

If he’s non quota for the duration of the contract I’d take him as long as we can fit him under the salary cap for the next few seasons.

If we assume Roberts is going it could leave us with a quota spot still and room to recruit another player elsewhere.

I’d definitely be looking at Inu if it’s confirmed he wouldn’t count on quota. We need competition for places on that right edge, he’s a free agent so cheap, plus he’s a goal kicker. Yes, he’s looked average at Widnes at times, but he’s a very good player when his heads in the right place. Our environment might just be the place for him. Gotta be worth a shout till the end of the season and see how he goes.

Just because he's a free agent won't guarantee he takes a cheap deal

Depends what interest there will be in him and which clubs have the SC space to accommodate him.

I suppose not but no transfer fee and a better chance of striking a decent deal. Maybe I worded it slightly wrong there.
