After reading the Hull article it sounds to me like it could well be agents bumping his price up and him staying at Hull.SWISS TONY!! wrote:Just hope its not agent talk by using us as a way of getting him a better deal from hull......

I doubt there will be any announcement of anything tonight.Tigersbarmy wrote:Anyone think this could be the announcement tonight ?
I believe the previous post is referring to a news article in League Weekly, which is more likely to be nothing more than something like the HDM article.

Do we really need westerman I just don't get what he would add to our squad he's no prop and he's had some hard yardage good player on his day but don't think signing him would really take us forward

Not sure how true it is, but just seen he’s signed for the loiners.

Re: Joe weatherman
I do think he’s been dangerous when we have played them this year, made a massive impact in the league game away there. I’d love it.

Re: Joe weatherman
He will go to which ever club offers the most money. Money comes first to him not the chance to play for his own town club.

Erm, but he’s already done that, hasn’t he????westerbeast wrote:not the chance to play for his own town club.

Re: Joe weatherman
I’d be surprised if we were interested in Tautai. His game isn’t usually what Powell looks for in a player. He’s got no ball-handling ability at all, is slow to play the ball, slow in defence and can only do short minutes. The reduction in interchanges has really impacted on him as he just can’t do enough minutes without completely breaking down and becoming a liability in attack and defence.Nobody wrote:Won't be impressed if that's Tautai at all.Tigersbarmy wrote:Interested in a 31 year old prop from Wigan

Only in talks like but not a player that stands out for me but I support who ever pulls on the shirt COYF

You have to smile at anybody who would watch Tautaui play rugby league and think wouldn't it be a good idea to try and sign that big fella

Powell has tried signing Tautai twice already in the past so he obviously likes him.nottinghamtiger wrote:I’d be surprised if we were interested in Tautai.
