Who for Superleague / Middle 8'd
Who for Superleague / Middle 8'd
Personally I can only see Hull KR coming up, Leigh going down, everyone else as is?
Widnes have too much. Especially with Betts at the helm. So do Catalans.
Huddersfield are the next weakest but are far too strong for fev, and would get over the line against London?
Thoughts anyone?
How do you see it..actually I'm not 100% sure if the above conertation works? Lol

Agree I only see KrR coming up but I think they could give a game to any of the terms loitering at the bottom. Although my top would be Huddersfield to go down

Re: Who for Superleague / Middle 8'd
Assuming it stays the same in terms of bottom 4 (Cats, Hudds, Leigh and Widnes), I can only see Leigh and Widnes being at threat and even then I think both will have enough to stay in SL. Their undoing may be that they head into the games after a long, tough SL season where players may be tired/unfit.
Hull KR may be a threat but they've been close run in some games in the Championship so I think that they're definitely beatable. Will come down to the MPG again I think

Didn't last year. Leigh were automatically promoted by finishing in the top 3.Fumper27 wrote:It will always come down the the MPG!!! ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)HuddsTigers wrote:Will come down to the MPG again I think

Even further down, is it automatic relegation for the bottom championship team?

Bradford are 3 wins behind I believe meaning if they play like they did on Saturday I think they still have a chance. Only half way through the season.HuddsTigers wrote:Yep. Middle 8s will be Hull KR - Toulouse - London and Fev/Halifax.
If Toulouse come 2nd they will get 4 home games in middle 8s. They have already beat Hull KR at home so that vould be a tough one for Superleague clubs.
Think if things stay how they are now it could be a very competitive middle 8s.

Not really you moron. The MPG decides who goes / stays up and who goes down / stays down, outside of those who finish in positions 1, 2 & 3.Normy-Tiger wrote:HuddsTigers wrote:Didn't last year. It comes down to the MP Game for 2 out of 8 teams so your statement is a quater correct. For the other 6 teams it does NOT come down to the MP game. You stated it ALWAYS comes down the the MP game.
No need for the names being thrown around. Get a grip.

I'm sure the RFL would find a way of keeping bradford up if it did come to that!HuddsTigers wrote:Yep. So bye bye Bradford at the moment.Le Van wrote:Even further down, is it automatic relegation for the bottom championship team?

I also went to the game, and fully agree, cannot believe how bad Warrington were. They scored the first try, from acting half a yard out, and their second came when Wakey were down to 12 men from a barge over. Apart from that they had no ideas and hardly ever looked like scoring. They looked like a team that didn't seem to be bothered about the dangers of falling into the bottom 4. There was not one player that really stood out for them, and no one that seemed to want to galvanise them or try to take the game by the scruff of the neck.tigerfeat wrote:My friend as a season ticket at warrington i went to the game with him yesterday i couldnt believe how poor they were no options no runners in attack they look dreadful if they think there going to do a leeds and breeze through the middle eights id think again
I don't think they will go down, but a repitition of this attitude in the middle 8's will certainly put their fans through the mixer, along the way.

Re: Who for Superleague / Middle 8'd
Think Huddersfield will be safe, they are currently doing well now Stone has settled. Warrington would be nice! Think it will be between HKR or Leigh for the super league. HKR will recognise the need to do it this time because Toronto are earmarked for 2019 promotion to Super League, and are funded to do so.
