Every coach has a shelf life. One thing I've always found strange is that one club will sack a struggling coach, for another to hire him, as in football. They seem to do the rounds. That can only mean that they are good coaches in the wrong job.
If a teacher, doctor, nurse etc got the sack, they might find it hard to get a job elsewhere.

Having said that I was impressed to find out today that the RFL are already in discussion for top venues for the next World Cup in The UK
