As soon as the CAS game kicked off and he started Gale and Widdop together, it was clear who the first choice halves were.
Williams will only get a game if Gale has a shocker, can't see Widdop getting dropped all tournament.

Just seen the squad for fri I bet the Aussies are shaking in there boots
Lomax not good enough hasn’t played it for saints so why for England.. McGillvary poor season what does edenhave to do to get picked.. Bateman centre has he just pulled his name from a hat to play that position Percival outstanding this season and I bet Shentons shaking his head.. Chris Hill poor at best this season starting instead of Walmsley and last but not least captain marvel at loose surely we’ve got better than him available.. mr Bennett I pose the question have you watched any super League games at all this year because quite clearly imo you’ve not watched a thing poor squad and poor team selection for this tournament it’s tine you went

Some shocking selections by Bennett. That said i don't think its the strongest Aussie side i have ever seen either.

McMeekans non-selection may cause us more headaches further down the line.

What if someone gets in his ears and suggests that his omission is down to not playing in the NRL a la half the other players in the pack.

Now he seems a loyal lad at the moment but it does make you wonder.....

Could happen to any of the players tbh, apart from the ones already playing in oz.

I couldn't blame anyone if they got the chance to play in the NRL if that's what they wanted. We cannot compete financially or give them the same lifestyle.

Same old hammering on the cards tomorrow. Rubbish team, rubbish coach, and why an Aussie?? He has probably not watched a SL match this season and is clueless as who the best players are.

Ditto!

I'll record it, but somehow doubt I will need to watch it later.

Hope to be proved wrong

looking forward to the game with hope and anticipation, I don't think they are as strong as they have been one or two of their star players of recent tests missing, win or loose we will be back watching our beloved game, come on ENGLAND

Internationals don't have the buzz they used to for me. I remember going to the Garden house when Barney had it, drinking lager at 6am followed by bacon sarnies, great days!

I'll watch this morning cos it's a game of live rugby.
Not to worried about the result.
