Wouldn't be at all surprised to see him at Trinity as back up for Hampsh and Miller.

Can't see Cas making a move for him but who knows?

This does seem to be part of Rover's attempting to lessen their wage bill as Hock was released earlier this week as well. Still I'm sure Hardman will be the last one out as he's the chairman's son-in-law!

:) :) :) Where's that fishing boat emoji? No where near as good as either in a month of Sunday's. Why have both Cas and Fev let him go if he's that good?

Hampshires only decent games for Cas were on the wing - very average when played in the halves.

Miller - never rated him as a top half, obviously don't see him as often as you do but.....

It's only my opinion tho, who's to say who's right or wrong??

Holmes left Cas because he wasn't guaranteed a starting spot, whereas Fev did. He's only been released by Fev due to cost cutting measures same as Hock.

Both Miller and Hampsh have been great for us.
As you rightly say it's your opinion, wrong as it might be. :) ;)

To be fair, Hampshire seems to be in good form of late since. Holmes has been playing in the league below so I don't think you can really compare the two.

The big question with Holmes now is how he comes back from the acl injury.

Can a player be signed after the deadline if he doesn't have a club?

wish we could have kept rocky as i could see the potential but just don't get the hype with miller who is bang average for me. 2 or 3 decent games a season but thats all.

I like Miller myself, never afraid to take the line on, has a good turn of pace and has plenty of guts. Just my opinion of course. :)

tom holmes as the potential to become a very good half back,we should not have allowed him to go truemans taken his chance so its swings and roundabouts i suppose

Looks like someone has let a player of high calibre potential slip through our fingers here !!

Hindsight is such a wonderful thing when you consider Jamie Ellis being brought in and letting Tom go !

Holmes and Trueman could have been the present day Hardisty and Hepworth combination that worked so well in days gone by !
