Obviously not confirmed yet, but if true, then I'm nervous for next year already. Taupau is a big name in the NRL, must be on some cash mind to be tempted over here.
Saints, Warrington and now Leeds being able to entice some big name NRL players over for 2019. You'd after think Wigan have something up there sleeves too, they have a lot of salary cap to play with.

As a club first and foremost in my opinion the club would or should have been aware of squad changes regarding existing and ending contracts plus’s upgrading of contracts and after the released players are no longer on the payroll would of thought that finance would be available to bring in new players to strengthen the team, If at this time the club is in the position that no signings will happen because of funding not being available it would be so unprofessional that the club is being run this way, Most of the fans are aware where the team needs to be strengthened cannot understand what the club are thinking they appeal to the fans to back them so will the club give the same backing back to the fans just hope that signings in the areas required are made and the club moves forward

Wasn’t it Wayne Bennett who said that coaches who spend too much time listening to the fans soon end up joining them in the stand?
