Hopefully someone a little less smarmy in interviews.

I reach for the off button as soon as Holbrook appears.

Not much going for Gold Coast at the minute, pretty average squad with some players on massive wages that they can't shift. However, stunning part of the world is the Gold Coast, you'd take the job just to live by the water.

No surprise, even the worst team in the NRL is still an attractive proposition for any Aussie coach. Gold Coast itself will have been attraction enough.

However, this now makes Saints even more of a threat and you can’t look past them for a treble. They will no doubt want to send him off in style.

Saints might be looking at flanno ex sharks coach and use it as a spring board back into the nrl.maybe saints should go for a coach whos in it for the long haul not 1-2 years and leave.rush is going to aus in the next week to interview for coaches
